Description

SWAN and Permanency: A Collaborative Journey is an interactive training designed to be presented to individuals unfamiliar with the SWAN program or as a refresher to experienced staff. The training explores the importance of permanency for all youth placed in out of home care and how incorporation of the SWAN units of service support the permanency journey. An introduction to Permanency Roundtables as a tool to expedite legal permanency is included.
