Description

This training provides a broad overview of recruitment strategies commonly used to facilitate youth permanency. It is intended to help county workers better understand these strategies and what they can expect from recruiters working with their youth. County workers need general information about these strategies to participate actively in recruitment planning meetings and co-create the CSR Plan so youth can get the most out of each strategy. Strategies that will be reviewed are documented through individual Tips/Techniques in the Strategies for Permanency document in the SWAN Permanency Toolkit.
