This workshop addresses leading, behavioral and theoretical interviewing styles. It demonstrates why behavioral interviewing is most conducive to obtaining information that shows a family's ability to provide safety, nurturing and commitment to a child. Strengths-based writing tips help participants effectively present gathered information in written documents.
