Description

This training will focus on the five goals of the SWAN Child Preparation unit of service and the immediate benefits it has for children and youth in our system with any permanency goal. Benchmarks and required paperwork will be reviewed to provide an overview of the framework, planning and tasks involved in the Child Preparation process. The critical role of the county worker will be discussed.
