Description

This session revisits the requirements of ACT 160 and the Resource Family Registry (RFR), briefly reviewing the history and intent of Act 160. Participants discuss questions or omissions of action by those registering a family and gain insights into how to manage families registered with the RFR. Participants will understand the premise of ACT 160, the legal requirements to register families with the Resource Family Registry. Participants will acquire the knowledge to submit a PAA request, and learn how to navigate and utilize the SWAN portal to generate reports and complete RFR registrations, updates, and closures.
