Description

This is an interactive training designed to explore the importance of permanency for all youth placed in out-of-home care and how Permanency Roundtables (PRTs) can be used to expedite legal permanency and increase permanent connections for youth. Strategies, tools, and techniques to find permanency for youth are shared as well as participants share their own experiences, successes and challenges in achieving permanency for youth in out-of-home care.

Participants will learn and practice each of the seven Roundtable phases and build necessary skills for successful implementation.
