This meeting will focus on Support Groups. SWAN Affiliate network providers will present on a variety of Support Groups currently being offered to Pennsylvania families. Information presented will include how to develop a support group, successes experienced, benefits, challenges experienced and the different ways or modalities in which Support Groups can be offered.
