Description

A SWAN Units of Service meeting for Post-permanency is scheduled for July 30, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
This meeting will introduce the new Case Advocacy benchmark along with Post-permanency Case Advocacy activity examples. The session will also look at the revised draft of the Support Services Monthly Report and the new Respite Guidelines.
The last segment of this meeting will examine the types of support caseworkers need when disruption or dissolution happens in a family. We will explore how support can be delivered by supervisors, co-workers and others within the agency.
