Description

This an interactive training designed to be presented to individuals unfamiliar with the SWAN program or as a refresher to experienced staff. The training explores the importance of permanency for all youth placed in out-of-home care and how incorporation of the SWAN units of service support the permanency journey. An introduction to Permanency Roundtables as a tool to expedite legal permanency is included.
