Description

The Predictions Form is required within the Family Matching unit benchmarks. It is a tool that can assist in presenting information to potential adoptive parents that includes predictions for a child’s future needs and functioning based on the history and experiences of the specific child matched with the family. This workshop will address the development of the Prediction Form using NOPI (Need, Occurrence, Prevention and Intervention).
