Description

This workshop is first in a series that focuses on practice implementation of the SWAN Family Matching Benchmarks. This initial session will take an in-depth look at completing the Family Matching Plan in collaboration with the family. The process of requesting and reviewing information when a potential match is identified will be addressed. Techniques on how to present and discuss this information with families, including the use of the Prediction Sheet, will be explored.
