A SWAN Units of Service meeting for Post-permanency will be held on April 28, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The meeting, titled, “The Importance of Engagement” will focus on engaging families in Post-permanency services after they have made the call to the SWAN Helpline. Engaging families is a complex and on-going process. We will examine some ways workers can improve their skills in the important work of both engagement and re-engagement through the units of service. The morning will include a discussion component, so come prepared to share strategies you have found helpful in keeping Post-permanency families engaged!
