Description
The prime contract is pleased to offer training for the new SWAN Family Matching unit of service.This service focuses on engaging families waiting to be matched and developing their capacity to provide successful permanency. The Family Matching unit also includes activities to identify a child for placement with an eligible SWAN family through implementation of a Family Matching Plan.The training will review and examine required benchmarks and templates for the SWAN Family Matching unit. The training is available to county and affiliate agencies. Affiliate agencies are highly encouraged to attend.
