A Unit of Service (US) meeting is planned for January 13, 2021 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM via Zoom.
The discussion will be a continuation of topics from the November, 2020 Post-permanency US meeting. We will review proposed updates to the SWAN Benchmark Cost/Time Log, including the Post-permanency Assessment, Case Management and Support Group Benchmark Cost/Time Log.
